• Are seeking at least £250,000 (possibly in several stages)
• Are scalable and ambitious to grow
• Are financially sustainable
• Have good management in place

We can consider any legal structures but please note that not all structures are eligible for all the types of investors or funding structures (debt, equity and quasi-equity).
